  1. Opening of the meeting.
  2. Election of officers.
  3. Adoption of the agenda.
  4. Review of international and regional norms, and national policies regarding persons with intellectual disabilities and their families.
  5. Identification of issues regarding persons with intellectual disabilities and their families.
  6. Presentation by persons with intellectual disabilities on their issues and recommended actions.
  7. Discussion on good practices regarding community living and empowerment of persons with intellectual disabilities.
  8. Working group discussions and the adoption of the recommended actions.
