Welcome to Manila!
The city/venue for the Interregional seminar has a lot to offer.
Mabuhay!
Upon arrival, you will be greeted with "Mabuhay!" This is the
"Welcome!" greeting, though it also literally means "Live!" as in
"live life to the fullest."
