  1. Lobbying the National Information Committees to recommend the Government on Accessibility Internet for all.
  2. Identify and appoint Steering Committee on Accessibility Internet.
  3. Developing guideline for Accessibility Internet development for relevant organizations
  4. Providing development and training for web page developers in public, and private sectors including NGOs.

 bullet  First Year (1999)

    1.1 Using public relations activities in generate public awareness.
    1.2 Preparing concept papers to present to the Thai government.
    1.3 Developing guidelines for Accessibility Internet.
    1.4 Developing web page authors.

 bullet  Second Year (2000)

    2.1 Government agencies should be leaders in providing information via Accessibility Internet.
    2.2 Implementing requirements and regulations based on accessibility guidelines.
    2.3 Providing proper incentives for NGOs and private organizations participating in Accessibility Internet.
