Framework for a Strategic Plan for Internet Accessibility by, for and with persons with disabilities among ASEAN member states.

1. DPA and SP CARE will prepare a local seminar for promoting the Disabled Friendly Web Design

2. DPA and SP CARE will present that seminar to NCSS and MCD.

3. NCSS and/or MCD should follow up on that issue by contacting the relevant authorities as:
   1. Ministry of Information & Technology
   2. SBA - (Singapore Broadcast Authority)
   3. MOE - (Ministry of Education)
   4. NCB - (National Computer Board)

4. NCSS should make sure that all the VWOs who own webpages that their are BOBBY approved.

5. MOE should make sure that the schools' webpages are BOBBY approved.

6. NSTB (NCB) should encouraged private sectors (companies who design webpages) to make their websites are all BOBBY approved.

7. The Ministry of Information & Technology should make sure that all the .gov webpages must me BOBBY approved.

8. UN should approach any Web Authoring Tools Companies (ex. Microsoft, Homesite, etc) to include Guidelines/help information about "how to generate/code/write accessible webpage".

9. UN should generate CDs or VCDs to promote this.
