Narrated: “Internet Accessibility is providing flexibility to use Internet features, such as email, web browsing and live discussion. I can think of two barriers to full accessibility. The first is the ability to access Internet resources. This has wide economic implications. For example, how does one get connected in a remote place without power or phone lines? The next is inclusion, and this is more controllable. Do we make a reasonable effort to reach a wider audience?”
