Narrated: The personal computer revolution started it all. Computing power became available to more and more people. Then, came connectivity: Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks, and the Internet, to name a few. These technologies have the potential of equalizing opportunities for all, including persons with disabilities. But new solutions create new issues. For example, are we doing something that prevents certain people from enjoying the benefits of a connected world?
