- Data on socio-economic characteristics, such as enrollment rate of PWD compared with
that of non-disabled people;
- Unemployment rate of PWD, compared with non-disabled workers, etc.;
- In a given country (within a country A);
- Comparison between disabled people and non-disabled people within the same country;
- Low priority for standardization across countries in the region;
- To indicate that disabled people are not integrated into mainstream development, such as
access to education, and access to employment;
- Disparity between disabled people and non-disabled people
