The success of the preparatory process for the new convention will depend in large measure on the ability of the most interested parties to communicate and share information with each other, which will enable them to have common positions that can be communicated to the governments that are negotiating the Convention.
Participants will have received the Group Password for the Message Board. Please use it to read and contribute comments to various threads related to this process.
