International Center for Disability Resources on the
Internet (ICDRI) Cynthia D. Waddell, JD, Executive Director ICDRI is a US based nonprofit center whose mission is to increase opportunities for people with disabilities by identifying barriers to participation in society and promoting best practices and universal design in products, services and the environment for the global community. ICDRI maintains a knowledge-base collection of quality disability resources and best practices and provides education, outreach and training based on these core resources. Cynthia Waddell leads ICDRI's Accessibility Oversight Consulting Services as the Law, Policy and Technology Consultant and is an active participant in public policy strategic planning and implementation for governments in the US and abroad including accessible technology transfer for developing countries. website: www.icdri.org |
